Shipping & Returns Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer complimentary shipping across India for all orders above ₹2,500. For orders below ₹2,500, a standard shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Bandra, Mumbai studio within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days to reach major metro cities and 5–7 business days for rest of India.
Easy 7-Day Returns
We want you to love your TagPink pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all boutique tags intact. Please note that custom-tailored orders and items purchased during clearance seasonal sales are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please write to our customer support team at returns@tagpink.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our shipping partner (Shiprocket) will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 48 hours of approval. Once the item is received and inspected in our studio, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
